Michele is a successful businessman. His professional and private life are slack: his real estate business in New York is spinning its wheels and all he and his wife have left to talk about is their children. Eventually a stranger comes to him with a plan that would turn the world of telecommunication on its head. Michele is attracted by the idea: the risks seem limited and there would be much to gain. So he accepts and at first everything seems to go according to plan. His confidence is kindled further by a blazing new love story. But all of a sudden things begin to go awry and Michele realises he may have been taken in. Just when his hopes and dreams seem doomed, the woman by his side gives him the courage to start again.
